So my experience of this product has been frustrating to say the least and I cannot be bothered to go through the returns process. I will buy an alternative product for my Xmas lighting - hopefully with greater success. UPDATE: Found a code number on a tiny label on the packaging. Entered the code and it is now working, controlled from my mobile phone.
