Convenient bag for welding gear
I like this bag, wish it came with a diagram to show what some of the Velcro etc. is for. One of the straps for the helmet part is sewn on the wrong direction

Zipper not sewn on the correct side
Disappointed. Zipper sewn on incorrectly for the section that holds the helmet. Unusable…

Interesting idea, potentially useful in certain scenarios
I think the most ideal use for this pack would be for a student who is taking welding instruction. there is enough room inside to carry textbooks, tablets, and other items, or perhaps leathers, gloves etc. The welding hood carry is definitely useful, especially if one uses a scooter or motorbike. there are some added carry options, that might dovetail with items you have to tote ,a couple of zip pockets, and a couple of inline velcro wraps above a bottom pocket. There is a top carry handle, and a semi-rigid bottom with four raised "feet", the pack proper has a well defined rectangular shape, it is like soft luggage.I left a star off because the shoulder straps, which are fine if you want this to be a backpack, but in my opinon, they should be removable, or at least capable of being completely stowed, perhaps by means of a concealment flap or securing wraps, so that the bag could be used cleanly with just the top handle and bottom feet, without the straps flapping around and snagging on stuff.I would also question the choice of material, personally I would prefer something more on the heavy canvas side of things, especially when you consider the environment the pack will likely find itself in. Ditto for the attractive, but nonetheless questionable red vinyl piping, as that will likely be the first thing to start deteriorating.I am kind of on the fence about the price point, especially with an eye on materials and longevity. The item is nicely made but again how durable will it be in the long run.I think I would prefer paying a bit more and getting a more industrial level material/ construction combo.
