It only became uncomfortable when I slept with it because the weight of the band and like my wrist was being squeezed. The original bands that came with the Pixel 2 had a similar effect on my wrist as well. Idk why I took so long to get this band...lol. It's really comfortable and at times, it doesn't even feel like you have it on your wrist at all. This design with its adjustment is perfect that you can changed the length incrementally so the effect is always perfect just the way you like it. The band itself looks good and made of durable material. The connections are sturdy and I don't have to worry about it coming off. If you have a big wrist the metal buckle will be closer to the watch face, unless you pull it really tight. Does need to be tightened over time as you take it on and off to charge the watch.
