Very happy with this purchase!
I received my Gaming chair today. I was very well packaged with easy understand assembly instructions, just make sure you install the armrests first then the base assembly. If you don't, like I didn't, the levers get in way of the screws for the armrests. It doesn't make it undo able just an unnecessary hassle. Aside from that it was super easy to assemble. I find the chair to be quite comfortable, certainly a long overdue upgrade from my previous computer chair. It does have a plastic/chemical type smell but seams to be dissipating fairly quickly. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and am happy to have saved a few $$$

Great chair for gaming or typing.
Right off the bat, I noticed that this chair is a sturdy chair. It has some weight to it. The seat cushion is a nice balance of squishy and firm so its nice to sit on for long periods of time. Especially for my bony behind. The back-support pillow is a nice touch. I've never had or used one before so this is new. The adjustable arms are especially nice. Raised for typing or PC gaming on a tall desk and lowered for basic desk use(not typing). I LOVE how far it leans back! Forewarning, I suggest sitting further forward in the seat before leaning all the way back. I had my family as well as myself try it out and we almost fell backwards. I don't know why the arm rests rotate but not a big deal. The wheels run smoothly but they don't rotate as freely as you would expect. I guess thats a pro for people who are wild/leaning players. Before this chair I was using a plush office chair. Very squishy seat and back. Though, it was lacking in the reclining department. Overall this chair meets all my expectations and hope that with love and care lasts quite a long time. The Gas Lift sits in the base and is not secured, so if you plan on lifting the chair, be careful. When screwing in the base to the bottom of the chair I did have to file less then an 1/8" on the inside wall so that the thread and the hole would line up. All the screws are there. They are screwed loosely into the spots rather than in a bag. With the exception of the screws that hold the backrest covers on.

missing headrest/lumbar support arrived, still loving the chair!
The box arrived with a tear in it... but everything inside was totally fine because each part was individually bubble wrapped! Assembly was easy, only about 15 minutes. The back support feels great and the seat is just soft enough (I expect it will soften more with use). It did not come with the head rest or lumbar support like the description denoted so i will be contacting for those. a minor upset. Would be 5 stars otherwise.UPDATE!It took a while due to them not shipping the headrest and lumbar support together, but! they were very understanding and made sure i received both items. Great customer service and I'm still loving the chair!

Great chair!
This is a great chair, for a pretty decent price. I bought this chair along with a cheaper chair from Wensix, and while I personally prefer this chair more, the other chair might be a better value for some people. This chair fixes problems I had with the Wensix chair, so I'll go over that now. This chair has the ability to rotate it's arm rests, which is a pretty important thing to me, and it also personally has a more comfortable headrest and lumbar pillow. It's wheels also share the same color scheme as the rest of the chair, unlike the Wensix which has different color wheels. What's strange to me is the lack of a headrest pillow, or what would probably be a neck rest pillow. I personally probably wouldn't use it, as the slightly protuding headrest built into the chair is enough for me personally, though I would've liked to see one included, as there are holes at the top of the chair that seem built for one. This chair has great build quality, the material seems a bit more shiny and possibly more soft than the Wensix, but it all comes down to personal preference. The color design does not seem as sharp however, as certain blue highlights seem to not be cut evenly on my chair, but that's not a big problem. The lumbar pillow is also connected by velcro, which makes not using the lumbar pillow a little bit weird, but I don't know why you wouldn't be using it anyway. Also, putting together the chair is very easy, as this one comes with instructions. This chair also claims to recline 180 degrees, but my chair doesn't quite reach that, but I have no issue with this as it goes low enough for me, but it's something to consider. So the only reason why I would tell you to look for another chair than this one is possibly the price. There are definitely trade offs when it comes to purchasing this chair or another, cheaper chair like the Wensix. Or maybe a more expensive chair with a foot rest and whatever other features you can think of or care about. But if you want a simple and comfortable chair, than I would definitely recommend this chair. I will update this review with time as I see how this chair holds up over time.

Not a tiny chair
Very solid chair. Make sure to put the arm rests on before putting on the chair lift plate. Also the bracket that bolts the back to the seat, the screws are a tight turn. I thought I was gonna strip the bolts. But in the end it goes together nicely. The arm rests are very comfortable to rest your arms on/ even for someone with beefier arms ( as long as you're not built like Lou Ferrigno). I found the lean back feature pleasant. The lever took a sec to figure out but it's just a lock/use mechanism ( a little rock back or forward while in the unlocked position helps to get it out of lock mode as well).

Big Man's Cool Chair
I will admit it will take some getting used to having a lumbar support on my chair, but it help with posture which I was lacking severely. I got the chair yesterday and my wife had it ready by the time I got home from work. I am heavy person and chose this chair for it's design and weight capacity. I like the way it looks the only setback to purchasing a new chair is the wheels. The flooring where I live I have encounter problems so instead of using the the standard wheels I upgraded to 3 inch wheels. I rent so I prefer not getting charged with damage to the floors. If you want a nice chair that supports 300 pound this is your chair. I don't fault the manufacture on the wheels as did not use them at all.
