This is great and significantly more robust than expected. I think I t also looks better than the pictures. When I read that the panels were made from rice paper, I guess I assumed that it would be as fragile as the paper found under macaroons! It is quite thick and, although it could be ripped through by something sharp, it is quite strong. For the price, it is a stylish way of dividing a room or, in my case, hiding stacked boxes whilst in rented accommodation. During the Christmas period it will be used to divide off an alcove in the sitting room for a house guest to use as a temporary bedroom. As it has six panels it is big enough to put a bed behind it. Although it’s particularly useful in a rented house, I can’t see myself getting rid of it when I move as I think it will always be useful. The white colour allows light to diffuse through and it gives a clean look to an area. Yes, I am very pleased.Update October 2022This continues to be useful as it now serves as a temporary door to the stairs preventing heat loss.

Simple but very effective, exactly what I wanted. Stands and folds well, delicate because of the paper and thin wood, but sturdy enough.I put a handle on the side as I am using it as a door, looks good and saves finger/hand marks if you need to keep moving it.

This room divider is absolutely lovely and is perfect for what we wanted, we had to turn our dining room into a bedroom and as it was so expensive to get a door put up we opted for this instead, I'm so glad we did as it is perfect and very pretty too, would highly reccommend
