My fault it didn't work. It works now.
The directions weren't entirely clear, so I was wrong about the transmitter battery. The doorbell works great now, and has a nice loud ring with a large variety of musical choices. I like that the receiver doesn't require plugging in, and the whole thing is a very attractive design. Excellent price. I'm glad I chose this one.

Pair the devices!
The doorbell serves its purpose. The instructions did not tell me to pair the ringer with bell, so it took a very long time to figure it out, even an online search. Better instructions should be included.

Good protect but button can’t be placed on my metal gate or it won’t work.
Good protect but button can’t be placed on my metal gate or it won’t work. Once I’ll fastened it to the wood frame of my front door frame it worked. I used double stick tape in both cases.

cual es el rango efectivo
en espacios abiertos me funciona hasta unos 15 metros. pero esto se reduce significativamente cuando hay objetos que interfieren en la señal. En mi caso el timbre esta a unos 12 metros de la puerta de entrada y me ha dado resultados.

Does not work straight out of box
Did not work for my 2011 traverse. Do not buy! Says it fits 2006 and up. False advertising
