Arrived with bent bars, and the hinges on the top were welded at a weird angle such that it could not be assembled. Sent back for a refund.

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble. Few problems with the welding. Hinges were broken upon arrival. Welding for grate the dog sits on is on the bottom. If you have large dogs (which is why I spent the money to get something more sturdy) having the welding on the bottom is an issue. Several of ours have already broken and have had to have a custom flooring put in the bottom to prevent more from breaking.

Sturdy, Easy to set up
This crate safely contains our anxious 80lb GSD, he has been able to bend and injure himself on other crates but not this one. The top only has one latch in the middle, would be better with latches on the top corners in addition to the center latch. We put zip ties on the upper corners just in case. Although he appears comfortable and occasionally stays in the crate with the door open, would recommend the larger size for similar sized dog.

Poor quality and arrived broken.
Terrible crate. Arrived damaged. One of the locks was broken. Not to mention the paint chipped off very badly. Used maybe 5 tones and I want to return it!

the metal floor lining was easily broken apart
Bought this kennel as my dog is kind of an escape artist. The locks were flimsy and low quality, the metal floor lining was easily broken apart. If you are getting this because you want your dog confined and safe-- it is not the option for you.

Sturdy walls, but easily broken door hinges.
Door hinge welds failed and snapped off within 3 weeks of 3-4 times a week use with a 50lb rescue lab with anxiety. The rest of the kennel has held up decently with the exception of the paint being fairly easily scratched. The kennel itself is very sturdy, they just need to beef up what is basically the only moving part of the unit and is also the most likely point of failure.

Arrived damaged and NOT easy to repack for return.
Arrived damaged and was extremely heavy and not easy to package and send back. Same issue as a lot of reviewers with top hinge holes not being even. Much happier with the smonter 38" crate we purchased.
