Can now sleep on a plane!
Where has this been all my life?!?!?? At last I can actually sleep on a plane!!! Was worried it would be uncomfortable - and it is if it’s too low - but as long as you get it in the right position, SWEET DREAMS! No issues “installing” although took a minute to figure out the eye mask (the Velcro on each side is covered with a small piece of cloth that needs to be removed- DOH). Once on, as long as it’s not too tight, you can slip it up and down, even off, as needed. Highly recommend and now my boyfriend wants one.

The best sleeping pillow for economy class
Just took an 15-hour flight with this travel pillow, and this was the best sleeping travel pillow by far. I used inflatable and memory foam neck pillows before, the major problem is that they don't secure your head and torso, so either your muscles have to hold up your body, or you head and torso will end up swinging around, both are very disruptive to sleep. With this travel pillow, my muscles can relax and the eye mask with lots of padding will hold up my head and torso, I even started dreaming while sleeping on an economy class flight. One minor downside is that the pillow needs to be mounted on your seat's head rest, if someone bumps your seat, it can be disruptive, but this rarely happens during sleep time. Its size and weight are also much less than memory foam neck pillows, and I don't have to bring an extra eye mask, so it is very travel friendly.

Works way better than you’d think
Tested this on two 13+ hour flights. You do look a little odd with this on, but honestly considering you are strapping yourself to the seat, it’s a lot better than I expected. Will this turn any flight into an opportunity for beauty sleep? No. Both flights were in economy, and while I woke up having comfortably taken a nap (more than I can say for any other flight I’ve been on outside of one I booked on points in lie-flat business), You are being essentially held upright in place. That’s not how I sleep. It may be how you sleep, so your results may vary. This does compact nicely, so I was able to store it in my carry on travel backpack even when paring it down. Do you look a little goofy setting this up? Yes. But if you’re at the point of reading reviews for this, you’re probably willing to take some glances in exchange for shut eye.My only concern is the Velcro on the eye mask. It is SUPER aggressive. I worry that it’ll get weaker over time, and because that’s the only part keeping you in your head harness, you probably don’t want that to happen. Travel warriors, keep this in mind. How does it work? You will want to make sure you have enough room to tinker with the entire top of your headrest, but it’s pretty quick to set up.You have to:(1) tuck either side of the back of the foam band to the wings of the seat headrest(2) Pull the straps to secure so your head will stay in place(3) Attach the (aggressive) Velcro eye mask to either side of the memory foam band so your head will be comfy(4) Slide into the band ring / eye mask contraption, Repeat and adjust steps 2-3 until you’ve set yourself up for a nice rest

Must-have for long distance travel!
Use this on multiple 8+ hour flights & it worked beautifully. Before finding this, I would have a hard time, falling asleep in a cramped seat, but having this support your head and being ridiculously soft on the eyes and ears makes you purchasing something like this a no-brainer

Stomach sleeper
I have now tried almost every plain pillow on the market. I think this one is the best for me. I’m a stomach sleeper normally so this someone felt like I was laying face down. Even when I wasn’t sleeping it added some nice support

Pretty good for what it is!
First, you have to accept that you’re trying to fall asleep on an airplane. This isn’t a miracle worker, it’s not going to suddenly make it as comfortable as your bed.But I think this is probably pretty close to as comfortable as you could get. I combined it with an inflatable neck pillow — not sure the neck pillow added all that much tbh, but it’s small and easy to pack and it’s nice to also have something squishy for when you want to try a different position to see if it’s more comfortable than this thing (hint: it’s not).I was impressed. It wasn’t better than I expected because I had read some pretty glowing reviews and my hopes were a little too high, but it’s a good invention.

Sadly, it didn't work for me
Seemed like it would help, but alas it didn't. I bought this for a 8 hour flight from Detroit to Paris. I still didn't sleep. I found that my head pressed forward into the eye mask, no matter how tight I made it, and it hurt my eyes. I think I will go back to the neck wrap with stiff part one that also takes up less room.

If tight on space I wouldn’t recommend.
I bought two; one for me and the other for my wife. It does connect easily and does hold my head. For me though my neck did not respond well to it. I felt like I couldn’t relax without my neck trying to help support it. I disconnected it from the seat and found it worked better. My wife didn’t like it at all. My son used it without it being connected and fell asleep. I gave it 4 stars because it does what it says and did seem to me well made and had a container. We did end up leaving them in the hotels overseas because they simply took up too much room in the luggage.
