Not bad, but affected the quality of the music too much for my liking.
I had high hopes but was a little disappointed. I was hoping that it would just dampen the volume without changing the fidelity but for me that wasn't the case. That being said I'd imagine that the shape of the ear canal would have great affect on how well these work, and given that custom moulded equivalents are hundreds of pounds these are probably good for the price.
