Great 3D printer
This is a great 3D printer and prints exceptionally well with ABS. I have printed over 30 items in the past few weeks, running this printer 25x7, and it has been going strong. Very happy with it...

Solid Printer
I have owned a Printrbot for a year now and finally decided to upgrade to a newer printer. I chose the FlashForge Creator because its essentially a clone of the Makerbot replicator and I've heard good things about it. So far I've been very pleased with the print and build quality of this printer and would recommend it for someone who wants to get into the 3d printing world.Overall I found the FlashForge easy to assemble and use, after unboxing and initial setup I was running my test prints within 30 minutes. The first thing a person should be aware of is this printer, like most on the market at this time, definitely require setup and calibration to run smoothly. Be prepared to spend some time leveling the bed, adjusting slicer settings and calibrating extrusion multipliers to get your prints coming out perfect. I recommend reading through GoogleGroups and other forums if you're having troubles, there is a lot more information there than on the manufacturer website. Keep in mind there are many factors that can affect a print (filament diameter and precision, enviro temp and humidity, retraction speed, bed levelling, feed rate, cooling) any one thing can throw off a print so be patient when things don't turn out. If you take the time to get the feel for the different print variables this is a fantastic printer that will perform well.Pros: Has an enclosure for ABS prints. Heated metal print bed. Metal body. Sailfish firmware. Prints ABS and PLA. Dual Extrusion. Filament holder and guides are awesome for preventing tangles. Prints from SD card and has LCD screen so you don't need to leave a computer nearby. Solid construction. LED lights for status update (although I wish it was easier to change settings for them). 3-point levelling with tool in software to assist. Prints well for me. Easy to disassemble. I've heard they provide good customer support if you contact them with a problem.Cons: Print bed is not removeable. Bed is not self levelling, you'll have to adjust it frequently. The print bed warps over time; if no matter what you do you still can't seem to get the printer level it might not be your fault, try printing on a sheet of glass or lexan and see if that helps (make sure to add a shim to the z-stop to account for new bed height). There is no active cooling installed! The fans on the extruder are for regulating temperature not for cooling your extrusion; which is essential for getting fine detailed prints or complex bridging (Luckily they added programming and a spot on the circuit board so you can install a cooling fan yourself but it's something I strongly feel should have been included. I added a picture of the fan shroud I printed). The dual extruder is a pain to level both heads and from factory was set so one head was much, much higher than the other. I actually recommend keeping it this way for the beginning and only levelling the lower head because it's much easier to do. If you level both heads and don't get it quite right, or the bed warps, one of the extruder heads can hit your prints even when not in use and it's extremely frustrating to come back to a ruined job. 4 stars because of the lack of active cooling and a piece was damaged in shipping.. the FlashForge name plate in the back above the bed was snapped. I wasn't able to see any other damage and it's been performing very well so I believe the damage is just aesthetic, but it was still disappointing.

... to keep the print from lifting but it still easily comes off the platform
Tried all the tricks to keep the print from lifting but it still easily comes off the platform, ruining 90% of all my 3D prints. Tried 3M Blue masking tape, hairspray, special stick on mats, acetone cleaned glass, fully warming up the platform at different temps, all resulted in failed prints. When I did have a print complete, it usually came out slightly warped. Definitely cannot print anything with straight edges or with any kind of dimensional accuracy.

Not worth the money!
I had nothing but Issues with this printer. The only print that came out fine was the Test Print. I had so many problems with the print heads heating properly and the filament getting stuck in the Extruder heads. The right extruder was lower than the left one. Which had the right extruder pulling my prints off. Do they not calibrate the print heads before they send the product out to you -.-. The forum where of no help to me. None of the suggestions they had fixed my issues. So I'm returning this product for a refund. The need to better test their printers before sending them out. Also having a self leveling printing bed would make leveling much easier. Since the Extruder heads go to the middle of the print bed for leveling. Which makes no sense. It should go to all four corners of the print bed. Having three screws to adjust the print bed is also another flaw. It Needs 4 of them, so there is one for each corner. Maybe if they fixed these issues the printer could be great. Otherwise it needs a lot of work.
