I spend the majority of my time on my stomach/elbows in bed reading, and have developed a bed sore on my elbow. I have tried other products designed to prevent elbow bed sores, but I am obese, and the products are often designed for people who are very thin, so do not work for me. i decided to try this cushion for under my elbow as it was the only cushion that was big enough. It works wonderfully! At first it was so firm I thought it would be uncomfortable on bare skin, but it actually feels fine. I forget it's there when using it.

This is a very nice, thick cushion that stays in place on a faux leather chair. Is comfy to sit on and regains its shape when not being compressed. Overall pleased with this product.

This wheelchair cushion was comfortable and held up well with use for the past year and a half. After an incontinence episode, however, we realized that the cover is not water proof. The memory foam soaked up the urine and became soft and soggy. There was no way to clean the foam. Use a waterproof pad over this cushion if incontinence is an issue.

Works great! I use it as a cushion for hubby's wheelchair. The cover comes off easily for laundering. I've washed it and dried it in the dryer several times. Always with good results. No shrinkage.

This is an excellent cushion and a cut or two above cheaper ones. Great for sports arenas where the seats are quite hard to sit on.

The pillow/pad fits well in airplane seats. I guess you know that airplane seats are the cheapest seats that airlines can buy. Anyway, the cushion/pad is a bit hard, but ok. I was wanting a cushion that was somewhat softer. That cushion exists in the form of 2" foam used for padding in ordinary couches and chairs. The cost is about the same for a 20" x 20" square piece. 2" foam padding will give you plenty of good support and comfort. There is no problem with heat buildup. The pad reviewed here weighs about twice that of the 2" foam.
