This book was amazing! I loved hearing how each author impacted the reader on such a personal level. The students who wrote these letters are phenomenal. It was given to me as a gift, and I’ve purchased two more as gifts for others.

Oh, my! My friends who serve children in our public and school libraries: YOU MUST READ THIS BOOK! I cannot put it down. You have BEEN these children; you SERVE these children. This book reinforces my already heartfelt, to-my-dying-day belief that the importance of "children + books = successful living" simply canNOT be overstated. I would give this 100 stars, if I could.
