However, once you open the bottle, it begins to "age". **Q: is this kosher?** A: Unfortunately, because it has fermented wheat, it is not kosher. I support Gold Mine Natural Foods and their line of products as a way to enjoy the cuisine (chinese, asian, japanese etc) i love without the risk of allergic reactions. i may not be vegetarian but this stuff is nonetheless amazing. i do want to let the public know of a word of caution though.
