## Description

This is a replacement SLA battery for Yuasa NP7-12 with Terminal F1 (0.187" x 0.032"). We supply only brand new, factory fresh, high quality batteries. Review: Well Made, Recent Date, Arrived Charged - Happy to see a reasonable manufacturing date on these of 08/12/24 which indicates they’re less than 8 months old. I’ve ordered similar from other premium brands that were 12-16 months old. Voltage Upon Delivery (40°F): 12.86v 13.05v Pre-Charge w/ Noco Genius 1A 13.3v at Rest 13.3v at Rest The charger put out 13.8v, typical for a lead acid battery but only pulled 0.5A for about 20 minutes before the resistance increased to the point the Noco went into float mode. I would prefer to see 13.5v to 13.8v at rest, minimum. I’m sure a “non-smart” charger would increase their voltage but the Noco smart charger shuts off based on the batteries resistance which is what is best for the battery. That said, all batteries are different and right now all of the professional low voltage technicians have gotten away from (other notable brands) and are using YUASA. I will plug these into my Vista 21ip and report back with their performance following my next power outage.
Review: Saved hundreds - The stairlift packed up many moons ago, and the repair costs ran in to the hundreds (one quoted over £3000), which for us both well past 60 was a no go. Mrs got to the stage she started sleeping downstairs. We finally decided to have a go ourselves, and after a few hours we finally got the cover off, and there was these 2 batteries, which I tested and both were dead. Ordered these 2 replacement batteries which were the same make and model, and when they came we installed them and the stairlift worked straight away. She now sleeps upstairs in a proper bed again.

**Q: What are the dimensions?  Product lists one size and a customer lists another size.**
A: Go with the listing dimensions. Mine (two) are enclosed inside a tennis ball machine so I can’t easily check it, but they fit perfectly within tight parameters according to sellers listing.

**Q: Is this battery comparable to genesis np7-12fr=12 volt battery?**
A: It is kind of the same but the most important difference is the FR part...which stands for flame retardant so if you need that or if it calls for that I would stay with that.

**Q: What’s the battery life?**
A: Depends on useage and charging schedule but I replaced mine after two years.

**Q: what is the build date of this batteries?**
A: I bought these a couple years ago so the build date is irrelevant to you today. You will have to ask the seller.

Bought to replace the same batteries bought 5 years ago, so with a lifespan of 5 years in a UPS application, I'd say well worth it , good brand.
