Bought this USB-C Adaptor because I didn’t want to spend £90 on a Satechi one, and since this was half the price I opted to go for this one. This does the job well, and offers fast speeds and can charge my Macbook Pro at the rate that it normally charges.The built quality can be a little better, but since the price it is excusable. The light of the indicator bleeds out from the USB’s and HDMI port which I really don’t like (can be seen from the photo). It is very small and compact and can be carried with you anywhere.Apart from that, everything works as advertised. The color matches great with my Space Grey MacBook Pro, and it offer a great variety of ports that are missing from many laptops these days.Would recommend this for those who don’t want to spend £90 on another adaptor that basically does the same.

This USB C adaptor for MacBook Pro is the perfect companion for who owns one of the latest MacBook Pros and needs to connect other devices onto their computer. The adaptor allows you to connect 2 USB-C/Thunderbolt cables, 2 regular USB, SD and microSD cards, and you can also output 4K video through HDMI.Although the packaging is not really exciting and fairly simplistic, the product itself looks good, feels of good material and build quality and it matches to a similar colour of the Space Grey MacBook.Adaptor is not bulkier than the rest on the market - especially since it provides also a 4K HDMI output. Data transfer speeds are good and in the average.The overall experience with this product is very good, worth the price because of its convenience and quality.

Bought for a HP Spectra that has three, rather annoying all-purpose USB-C connections. I was completely unprepared for such anti-USB nonsense, so this little adapter seemed like a good solution.First impressions are that it's compact, reasonably nice build quality and has a beautiful satin gold finish. So far, connected an Apple and Android device simultaneously with no issues. Haven't tested the card readers yet. One thing that concerns me is due to the C USB male being at one end, it does make it wobbly/unstable when connected even on a flat surface. Also, if there is only one USB-C on your device, you won't be able to charge when using this. But so far, it seems to be working fineWill definitely update later on in the year!

Lovely piece of kit to give extra connectivity to my MacBook Pro. I haven’t used all the ports at the same time but so far I am happy with the product.

I should have known, reading the info again I can see it stated, but USB-C ports are not all created equal. Where on the laptop I can use both usb-c ports to charge and connect monitors, with this hub only the top USB-C port will charge, and only the SAME top USB-C port will drive monitors. So I can't actually both charge my laptop and connect my monitor at the same time. That makes this hub useless to me. I'll return it.
