Health Share Plum for Loose Weight & Detox &constipation

I have a reason to believe that the customers who wrote the negative reviews did not know or did not followed the instructions for using the plums. There are no instructions in English on the packaging. I've been guided by the nutritionist and it works perfect if you know how!... I'm on my 4th box and ordered more. First- the Plums supposed to be dry. Second- you MUST take it after full meal, right after you finished; It could be breakfast or lunch or dinner, but not the snack. And the Third- you MUST finish this delicious plum with a FULL GLASS of WATER. And I bet, it will do the job. It will be very easy, natural and very comfortable. Good luck!

This plum is a very good detox. I had a lot of energy using it, good night rest, clean skin. Will buy ot again.

Disgusting!!! Product 1 year expired! Item delivered today Sept. 30th and expired November 2017. Completely dried out and rotten.

Was an extremely old batch and did not work at all. It was just candied plum.
