This lovely, enchanting Buddha was hand carved in Java from sustainable wood and would make a fantastic, handsome addition to any lounge, bedroom, hall or kids' playroom. Please note there may be some small variations in wood shading/grain. All items are dispatched from within the UK, and we always take extra special care with packaging to ensure everything is delivered safely. We have been sourcing, importing and retailing furniture and handicrafts from Asia for almost twenty years. We have always run our business along Fair Trade guidelines, usually using small family businesses in Asia and recently Africa. Materials used by our producers are local and sustainable. We are providing employment opportunities for many people thereby alleviating poverty. We make sure that none of our items are made by children or in sweatshops, and we pay above average prices.
