Cheap lock used.
There is no heart shape lock as indicated in the picture. For the price I expected a better quality lock. My daughter had a hard time opening the diary even though it is unlocked!!!

Cute diary, but the lock doesn't work.
The diary is cute, bought it for my 5-year old daughter. She wanted a diary with a lock and key. This diary comes with that but doesn't need the key to work so it's not as private for her.
