Excellent.. well worth the money.
Quickly removes paint from roller, easy clean up after. Must hold roller against tray when cleaning. Four more words to finish.

I found it most useful when storing a roller to reuse the next day
Not absolutely necessary, but it does help save paint. I found it most useful when storing a roller to reuse the next day. It removes almost all the paint out of the nap so you can store roller in a ziplock bag without worry of a lot of paint transfer. It does not clean the roller but it does remove most of the paint by squeezing the nap. Not sure how useful it is for everyone.

Must have for paint cleaning supplies
Makes cleaning paint roller brushes much easier. Before I started using this I spent a lot of time trying to clean roller brushes after painting and still could not get the brushes 100% clean. Has two different size rings for different size brushes, Since I've started cleaning my brushes with this I can get 3-4 uses out of a roller before it wears out.

Great little tool, now matter how much you paint.
I just bought a new house, so we're doing all sorts of painting jobs big and small. I use the curly-q every time. I was surprsed at how much paint I was throwing away. When it came to painting a couple of shelf boards, I think I got more paint out of the roller than I actually put on the shelves in two coats; I would have no doubt thrown out that paint in the past, when I could use that to touch up the trim on a few doors. It's great to use to cover up larger nail holes that were spackled. Rolling gives such a smoother finish on small spots, but in the past I'd not do it just to avoid wasting a roller cover and all that paint. I can save the excess paint and clean out the roller coover pretty easily. Highly recommended.The only con I found was that you have to be careful when using it not to pull the roller cover off of the roller. Use the slightly larger end first to get the bulk out, then use the smaller end to finish the job. It might take a few passes, and do it over the roller tray, not the can. You'll need something to push down against or you'll push the roller cover right off into the can!

It does exactly what ity says. Saves money with both saving paint and your time cleaning. Worth the cost of the product.

Eeeeehhh, I'm just so, so on this product!!!
Kind of a pain to use. It is good to get the bulk of the paint out, but it is difficult to pull it over the roller cover.

Excess paint removal
Items good for removing excess paint off roller cover before cleaning it out. Saves time from needing to clean the extra paint off. Also saves on material returning it too paint storage container
