Good value for the price
The strap is great for the money I paid, the pick holder is not the best design and should be watched when removing the strap. The picks could fall out while removing the strap. I suggest the manufacturer use elastic to hold the pick in place instead of the simulated leather piece. This would hold the pick in place firm continuity.

Not the quality I was expecting.
Although I like the buckle feature of this item, the overall quality is not what I expected. Thin nylon strap. The ends are a cheap padded vinyl-like material that separated at stitch when I tried to attach to my guitar strap peg. But I guess the saying applies... You get what you pay for.
