Super bargain and excellent quality
I have used all five bands since i received my order few days ago. Very good quality for the price. I am fairly active and workout 5 times a week. Want to get these bands to mix up my workout routine in lockdown. I been using the highest resistance band for my legs and medium bands for my arms. So it is really tailored for all level of fitness. I highly recommended this for such a good price.

Versatile and practical set
Bought these as the gyms are still closed and I have had some in the past, they can really make you sweat if used properly. They are rubber like material, very stretchy and can be used for yoga, pilates and hiit, I used them for most exercises. Love the small pouch and the different colours.

The bands are incredibly strong. They stretch muscles that I had forgotten about.There was an instruction guide included with different exercises clearly showing how to get the best out of the bands.

Great for Your Quarantine Exercising Needs
Since the gyms are all closed, I got these resistance bands for some at home work outs. They are versatile and work with a wide range of exercises - from stretching to HIIT.The variety of strengths also make it more challenging and flexible to use.I was expecting them to have a funny factory smell, but they don’t smell like anything at all!
