Takes all the pressure off of your face and puts it on the top of your head. My face would hurt with the factory strap on after 20 minutes. With this headset I can keep it on for hours.

This ends up being really comfortable, compared to the Oculus "elite" strap that I had on before. Beware that this makes the headset kinda big, and I had trouble finding a case that would fit it, but this strap is fantastic and worth the hassle. :-)
