If you ski/snowboard with your partner regularly, you’ll love these. My wife and I got these and just used the on our first ski trip last month. We were able to keep in touch on the slopes which was great for choosing directions and sharing info/warnings about others who were coming too close to each other. The range was really good (we reckoned c.300 metres) and the batteries lasted us two days on a single charge. We just love them and can’t imagine hitting the slopes without them now.

You can connect your phone if you want to play music through it as well - which works simultaneously while connected to other packs, meaning you can still talk to your buds while listening. Range can be an issue sometimes, but so long as you are relatively close it's great (50m ish) or if you have a clear line of sight (no obstructions in the way, like a mountain) then it works further.

What a product. It worked flawlessly whilst snowboarding. Clipped to the strap of my goggles against my helmet the buttons were easy and consistent to use. Connection was great with the mesh network (3 of us). The sound though - wow! The JBL speakers were fantastic. Music and speech sounded great. How the microphone doesn't pick up all the other noise associated with flying down a mountain I'll never know. We heard no sniffing, no wind, no heavy snow/sleet. Overall really impressed and it will now be mounted to my motorbike helmet and additional headset purchased.
