After using the brush twice, some of the bristles started coming out. It’s possible, I guess, that I just received a “bad” one. This brush is neither soft or hard but lies somewhere in the middle which is fine for me. The handle is good and seems to be sturdy enough. One reason I bought this particular brush was that it came with a case, which makes it great for travel. Other than losing some of the bristles, it’s a pretty good brush and I’d give it a four star rating overall unless this issue continues.

This is a very pretty item and is worthy of being displayed in a nice holder on the counter. That being said, there were a few issues with my item that might be helpful to others. I bought this toothbrush because I have sensitive teeth and need soft toothbrushes, (which are hard to find unless you use a small child's brush). I was happy to find this soft brush, but it is almost too soft. The bristles part in the middle if you use any pressure at all. Might be fine for some people, but that bothered me. Hopefully I can find a medium brush from this manufacturer and try it out because otherwise, it's a beautiful product. No splinters, and a nice, smooth, tapered handle. Please let me know if any of you have found this particular brand with medium bristles.The other problem that I had was that the pretty bamboo travel holder was split all the way down the side in two spots. Literally from top to bottom. It is completely unusable. So disappointing!! It really looked like it would be a beautiful item to use for my travels if it had not been broken beyond repair.

The product is awesome looking, I’m just very disappointed that it came with a chunk sticking up. Not going to be pleasant using a toothbrush that’s going to give me a splinter. Want a new one but don’t want to bother going through a return process.

I highly recommend this toothbrush and travel holder. I rubbed the toothbrush handle with walnut oil. The handle is well made and great to hold. The bristles are nice and soft. I love the bamboo travel holder. Only complaint I have is the lid on one of the holders easily slips off. Not a huge big deal. I understand that bamboo can be tricky.

Superior quality product. The charcoal bristles are soft but strong for excellent tooth cleaning and gum massage. The toothbrush comes with an ebook that explains in detail the product as well as how to "cure" it for long term maintenance of the brush itself. Great home recipes for toothpaste and mouthwash. The bamboo tube for travel is a great item as well. I look forward to a long term relationship with Himalayan Blue and their Original Bamboo Toothbrushes.

Love this toothbrush! Feels super clean, I keep it at work for after lunch. I wish there were a container like it to fit toothpast bc it’s so cute!

So I’ve been getting recurring infections all over. Ears, eyes, acne, just bad. I didn’t know why until I realized this toothbrush case had furry mold in the bottom, and after inspecting my toothbrush, so did it! I bought this toothbrush 6 months ago, so it was time to replace. But I will NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!Who knows how long it’s been poisoning me.
