I am a physioyherapist and I got my hands on this tape once a patient ordered this because other one wasn't available since then there is no going back the tape has an amazing hold at a good quality however it can be harsh on sensitive skin areas I would suggest using an underwrap other than that it's my recommendation for every injury and taping technique! Quality of product is average. Company should look into it & adhesive quality is bad it get removed in a day. This must taken into taken care of.

Just after a day of use my skin had a blister that turned into a wound. Will not recommend to anyone. Please do not get fooled by the 5 star reviews. The glue is toxic.

Muscle recover is good but while peeling off the skin comes off.

It’s a must for sports like badminton and tennis or for any muscle overuse in daily routine. It worked for me too well, prevented pain and fatigue in those prone areas elbow arms and shoulder. Its glue is super good. It was a life saver during the tournament as I used to practice daily for long hours. Value for money, yes, I even bought a second one.
