This product was horrible to put together on top of missing a piece. I put stuff together for a living and this made me want to launch it. The parts were not labeled and very similar.I used it twice...yes, twice...to haul my 100lb 14 year old Lab and it had a FLAT TIRE 1 mile away from our house. This stupid thing is horrible.The sides are worthless and we didn't even bother to put them on.Find something else. This thing isn't worth your precious time.UPDATE: After seeing 1 star review seller offered to give a 40% refund on the product for an updated favorable review. Seller was cooperative to work with sending a replacement wheel. I changed the review to a 4 star review due to seller response being quick, but the product is still lacking. I will update this once again after I see 40% refunded.

Wasn't that hard to assemble once we got started. Took about 90 minutes and was missing 1 wheel nut and washer, but having overcome that minor setback once we finished we love it. Use it mainly to move plants in and out of the weather when the nights are freezing and will be using it to haul wood from a tree we are trimming soon. Very sturdy. There are 3 different size nuts so you need a few wrenches and/or a small socket set to assemble it correctly.I would buy it again and I would recommend it to my friends.

This cart is NOT Heavy Duty in any way... I have used it once a month for two months to carry a few 5 gallon bottles of water from my front porch to the garage. After only two uses, a part has broken off on the turning mechanism and 3 of the tires are flat. I tried to return to the company as defective, but the company refused the return. Stay away from this product, very cheaply made.

Like a previous customer, the assembly instructions were bad, if you can call it "instructions". I figured it out by counting the bolts and figuring out where they would most likely be used! Also I am disappointed that the side are really very soft and bend easily, also one of the loops the hold the side on with the came off!! I use it to move hay bales and carry wood just like the picture shows. I am somewhat disappointed with the wagon!!

great for the price, but I thought it would be a bit "beefier", more heavy duty, but it should do, but It was only a little over 100 bucks

Sturdy enough, except for handle. Much too much play. Not confident the joint between handle and wagon will stand up to hard use over time.
