VIKEVO Charger Power Strip

I love this thing. It's plenty strong enough to provide excellent power for a variety of devices. Too many of these sorts of things are underpowered on the USB outputs, or lack surge protection. This guy puts out max power - 67W on a single USB-C, which is outstanding, 12W on a single USB-A, which is also outstanding, and allocates very intelligently when multiple things are plugged in. Add in 3 full-strength 120V outlets on the back, plus Anker's reputation for high-quality products, and this is a five-star product for sure. They've even kindly used a right-angle wall plug so that it can fit flush. The product talks about surge protection but you have to dig a bit to find that it's 300J, which is minimal, but that's ok, the risk is low and I don't have real expensive stuff plugged into it. Just remember that you're always going to get the most power out of a AC block on the back, so if you can, utilize those before doubling-up on USB ports on the front.Note that this is a heavy item. Over one pound, with a long cable. I find it perfect for my desk, and perfect for traveling, but it is a bummer to allocate more than a pound of expensive checked luggage space to this extension. I still travel with it, however, because we've all found ourselves in hotel rooms where the outlets are inconvenient, and in those cases, I'm glad to have it.My first purchase of the Anker 525 came defective less than a year after purchase. USB power output on the front stopped working. It sounds like this was a known issue. Anker happily shipped me a new one for free, and it is powering onward just fine.

The Anker 525 Charging Station, a 7-in-1 USB-C Power Strip, has truly revolutionized my charging setup. Sturdy and Durable Build (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐):Anker's reputation for quality is evident in the sturdy build of this charging station. It feels robust and durable, assuring me that it can withstand the demands of daily use. The materials used inspire confidence in the product's longevity.4. Versatility with AC Outlets (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐):The inclusion of AC outlets is a thoughtful touch. It allows me to power non-USB devices directly, adding versatility to the charging station. This feature is especially useful for charging laptops or other electronics that may not have USB compatibility.5. Compactness Consideration (⭐⭐⭐⭐):The only drawback worth mentioning is that the charging station is a little bulkier than some alternatives on the market. While it doesn't compromise on functionality, users seeking an ultra-compact design may find it slightly less portable. In conclusion, the Anker 525 Charging Station is a stellar addition to any tech enthusiast's arsenal. Its seamless integration of various charging options, rapid charging capabilities, durability, and versatile design outweigh the minor concern of bulkiness. If you're looking for a reliable and efficient charging hub, the Anker 525 is a clear winner. A well-deserved five stars!

This was an amazing addition to my desk!Ive had it for a few months and I have no issues with it. It’s s pretty light and small, and the four ports on the front are really useful for leaving chargers plugged in. It also charges pretty fast. The three wall outlets on the back also came in handy when I wanted to plug in my desk and my tv.

Review: Anker 525 Charging Station – Perfect for Desk Organization and Charging NeedsI recently purchased the Anker 525 Charging Station for my desk, and I was so impressed that I ended up buying a second one for my wife. This charging station is a fantastic solution for managing all your USB charging needs in one place. It’s incredibly convenient, especially for keeping multiple devices charged without cluttering up your workspace with a tangle of cords and adapters. What I really like about the Anker 525 is that it not only has USB ports for charging phones, tablets, and other devices, but it also features regular power outlets on the back of the unit. This makes it a versatile choice for charging a mix of devices, from USB-powered gadgets to more traditional electronics like laptops, lamps, or even a printer. It’s a great all-in-one solution for anyone looking to streamline their desk setup. As with all Anker products, the build quality is excellent. The design is sleek, compact, and doesn’t take up too much space, which makes it perfect for my desk. It’s clear that Anker takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality products, and the 525 Charging Station is no exception.Final thoughts: If you need a reliable, efficient charging station for your desk or workspace, I highly recommend the Anker 525. It’s a great product from a company I’ve always been satisfied with. With the added convenience of both USB ports and regular outlets, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to keep their devices organized and fully charged.

I bought the Anker 525 Charging Station specifically for travel, and it has solved one of my biggest hotel frustrations: poorly placed outlets. If you like having your phone on your bedside table but the nearest plug is behind the bed or across the room, this is the solution.Versatility and PowerThe 7-in-1 design is fantastic for a "power user." I’ve successfully charged my phone, a large battery pack, and a laptop all at the same time without any issues. With fast USB-C and USB-A ports plus standard AC outlets, it handles everything from high-draw electronics to smaller accessories.Reach and ReliabilityThe 5ft extension cord gives you the freedom to set up your charging station exactly where you need it. The build quality is typical Anker—solid, reliable, and feels like it can handle being tossed in and out of a carry-on. It’s also great for sharing; there are enough ports to easily support a travel partner's devices too.Size and Weight Trade-offIt is worth noting that this unit is a bit bulkier and heavier than a simple wall brick. If you are a minimalist traveler only carrying one or two small devices, this might be overkill. However, if you want the peace of mind that you can charge anything, anywhere, the slight extra weight is well worth it.Final VerdictThis is a must-have for anyone who travels with multiple pieces of tech. It turns a single, inconveniently located wall outlet into a full-speed charging hub right at your fingertips.Pros:5ft cord provides excellent reach in hotel rooms.Charges 7 devices simultaneously (USB-C, USB-A, and AC).Powerful enough for laptop charging.Perfect for sharing with a travel partner.Cons:Slightly heavy and bulky for minimalist packers.
