These Round Magnetic Clasps are shorter but wider than the Barrel alternative. With a round diameter of approximately 8mm, they feel stronger than the tubular magnetic clasps. Simply bring the two halves together (within 25mm, approx. 1 inch) and the clasps will do the rest! Loops at either end of this clasp, like the barrel version, do not open so these need to be connected to your project piece by using jump rings or necklace ends, unless part of a woven piece. This magnetic clasp measures 9mm in length and 8mm in width . Also available in gold plate. N.B Not to be worn by people with a pacemaker.
