And how much would you use?** A: Don’t buy. This tastes horrible. Can’t return **Q: Is this ‘dairy friendly’ to be used with steamed milk or cream without curdling?** A: I use this to add to protein drinks to add flavoring. When added with milk, I have never experienced curdling. This is a cold process, so can’t answer your question in regards to steaming. **Q: Can you use this to make jello?** A: If you're making the jello from scratch, meaning using gelatin and flavoring...I would think you could do just fine. I have not done such a thing but my mother used to do stuff like that. I can't see why it wouldn't work.
