WAXIE 280-GS4 Grout & Tile Seal is a topical single component grout and tile seal that requires no mixing with an activator component, can be applied with a finish mop or flat mop system, helps protect tile and stone floor surfaces from wear, and increases traction to help prevent slipping. It covers up to 2,500 sq. ft. per gallon and can be removed with many conventional floor stripping solutions (sold separately). It complies with volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations in all 50 states. This grout and tile seal comes in a case of four, 1 gallon bottles.
