I was skeptical about this, I won't lie! My bariatric physician wanted me to try an Ozempec type injection to control my appetite, lose some weight, and drop some inches...which, I agreed with him!Of course, though, as we ALL know, Health Insurance DICTATES EVERYTHING; they denied any and/or all injection(s) for weight management and/or treatment!So with that news, I sought out an OTC I could try and that's when I found this! The hardest thing about this medication is remembering to take it 1 hour before meals! There is only one strength. You take one capsule before meals. The capsules are normal size, so they are easy to swallow. There is NO bitter taste from the capsule. And the best thing...I've already shown weight loss! Lost 7 POUNDS in the last month!!!So, do I recommend this medication? I'm cautiously optimistic!!! But, YES, yes I DO recommend this product!

Been taking this for two weeks now. My naturopath recommended traditional GLP-1 after a year of trying to manage my weight with hormones. I’m an ultra distance runner but deal with autoimmune issues, too. Nothing was working to lose the weight (clean eating, lifting heavy, walking instead of increased cortisol with running, etc). I didn’t want traditional GLP1 after finding this product. I thought I’d give it a try first.Ugh. I feel absolutely miserable. I take it as indicated, and while my appetite has surely decreased (despite increased energy which means I much more active - if that were even possible), I am fatter than ever. I look nine months pregnant and am soooooo uncomfortable. I feel sick all the time, am nauseous, and cranky.I’ve increased my water intake dramatically (including electrolytes) to make sure my system stays strong. But even drinking water makes me feel like puking.I think I’m going to take a break or stop it all together. It’s not at all what I thought. (Yes, I read the “what to expect.” My symptoms are way past that most.)I believe every body is different so I’m only sharing as one experience.

Saw these on tik tok I tried the lemme burn they did for me at all. I started these and can already see a difference. They take away hunger and make you fill full faster. I would definitely recommend these.

I'm about half way through the bottle and haven't noticed much of a difference yet when it comes to my appetite. On days I do take it I recognize a boost in my energy levels. Need to keep taking them to see any long term affects.

I was able to loose 20 lbs with exercise taking this supplement. It took MONTHS and EFFORT. This wasn’t magical but it did help me get the boost needed to get healthy again. I enjoyed the appetite suppressant to help me go from constant snacking (because of recently breastfeeding) to eating regular balanced meals. The slight calorie deficit along with strength training (not only cardio) helped me get results. I lift weights 4x’s a week and prioritize protein since March when the initial weight drop started to plateau.Minus a star:I will say that this did not help my microbiome. I had week long (8-9 days usually) of constipation which lead to bloating on and off. I have spent the past month off GLP-Activate restoring my gut health and getting regular again. I still believe the quality of GLP-Activate ingredients were healthy and got me started but it’s not a life long solution. I slowly eased off the supplement and have not seen a weight gain over the past 1.5 months.In total I went from 145 to 125 while taking the supplement (Thanksgiving to end of March) in 4.5 months. It was 4 refills so a good value for my money in comparison to other products.

Have been using this product for 3 months along with calorie deficit and exercise and have lost 8 pounds. It significantly curbs my appetite and is super easy to swallow.

I love these! I’ve seen mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot anyway. They definitely stop the cravings for me!

It may work for some, but not all. I've tried this product twice (once in 2024 and again in 2025), it didn't help at all. It made me feel bloated, increased water retention, and made me feel down and depressed both times. I didn't write a review after the first time since I wasn't sure it was from this product, but now I know! My diet is good overall and I drink water all day and iced green tea in the morning. I was looking for extra help and this was NOT it, it made me feel terrible both times! Use caution if you try it!
