what age for umbrellas is right for different ones?

I purchased an umbrella for my 4 year old granddaughter and she followed our instructions. Children are all different so if your child is responsible and careful at 3 the kids umbrellas are great. The sharp ends are covered with plastic that is large enough to not harm them. Again it depends on the child.

Is this too smal for a 10 year old?

This was a gift for a 4 year old when I bought it, and it was a good size for her and should still be a good size for a few more years. I can't speak to the "fit" for a ten year old, however. The product was really nice and of good quality.
