Attach the yellow counterweight to help practice lowering your hands through impact for a significantly faster release speed. Train with both the black head and the yellow counterweights to help increase overall swing speed with a 20% heavier club. Increase your overall speed and power of your swing with three ways to train in this one design. Weights will easily twist into place and are designed to fall off if not attached properly. Review: Didn’t last 6 months! - Review edit after 6 months - the cheap grip is out gassing some weird chemical which is sticky and the butt end glue fell off - VERY DISAPPOINTED. The weights have a mechanical lock with springs, so expect this to last. And it worked well with a Trackman on their swing speed mode.
