I bought these for around £4 and some expensive 'Hyloon Gel' inner soles (around £13) as a back to back comparison. Could a £4 pair of inner soles give similar comfort and shock absorbency as a pair costing £9 more?The result: Yes they can!To be more accurate the cheaper pair provide about 80% of the shock absorbency and comfort. So there is a small difference, but not one I would have noticed without a direct 'swap them in swap them out' comparison.Obviously your needs may vary so draw your own conclusion, but if you need an opinion: buy several pairs of the £4 inner soles, they transformed firm unforgiving shoes into soft comfy footwear I can wear all day.Cut with sharp scissors to fit. Dotted lines and size marks help get this done. However, I was glad I cut over-size and trimmed from there.For me it's a no-brainer on cost.

Extremely cheap way of invoking life into old shoes or making uncomfortable office shoes comfortable. Faultless for the price. They do wear down quite quickly but still far better than basic cushioned insolesOne thing I found was that they are so cushioned at first you have to get used to it a bit. There is a risk of imbalance when walking but that disappears with use.Trim to size and guide front to front of shoe with hand. They cannot be pushed in as the gel will resist. From time to time need to reseat by pulling towards back of shoe but it’s 5 seconds and easyI bought to revive attractive work boots that were hopelessly impractical and uncomfortable. For less than £4 I’ve added another six months life and far more comfort than when they are newMay not work so well with lower cut office shoes as they add a bit of height so require some room above the foot

The insoles arrived very quickly and in a nice and simple package. They are single, but already marked to be cut. After a quick trim (very easy with those marks) I tried them again and they fit perfectly.Very comfortable to wear, soft gel and not slippery at all, being a nurse standing for 13 or more hours and running around it was a relief (I was very concerned about this as I always had insoles moving around and it is not practical and it is not nice to be tripping around during a code).I’m also quite tall and heavy (6’1ft) but they support me very well. They didn’t deform at all or even moved, the gel is a bit sticky, so it helps, but it doesn’t stain (just in case you wonder).I think they a very professional product and I would buy them again and recommend.Thank you.

I have problems with my foot. I suffer from plantar fasciitis. Doesn't matter how many other insoles I buy to help I always revert back to these. Brilliant product for a great price.

I used these to replace my tatty old inserts that came with a timberland work boot - for office work mind - they were very comfortable however I didn't stick them down with anything so if I ever had to run anywhere they'd usually end up balled up in the front of my shoes.Over the month or so I used them they wore quite quickly, I'd often find bits of gammy silicone coming out of my shoes. But I suspect this may be at least particularly down to the fact I didn't secure them in place. With some good contact adhesive they'd probably wear less and last longer.

Replaced old insoles in my work safety shoes, 12 hours a night without aching feet . . . bliss.Just bought a second set of these, I don't know what is different about them but they slip down to the front of my shoes making life very uncomfortable.

I have bought a few pairs of these insoles for my trainers and work boots. Not too bulky at all.These only fit in footware where you are able to remove the original insoles.

Please consider a more environmentally friendly way of sending these soles. Each one in a plastic bag although I was pleased to receive it in a cardboard envelope. The item itself was as expected.
