Be aware if your work computer does or does not permit you to install software as a user. Check your IT department. 10 Use but do not lose the small dongle, makes it all so much easier in a work setting. 11 Bluetooth pairing optional and perhaps a great option for cellphones.

I’ve been using the Poly 20+ portable conference phone for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded all my expectations. The sound quality is outstanding, whether I’m on a call or listening to music, everything comes through crisp and clear. Setup was effortless. It connected immediately via Bluetooth to my Android device, and I also use it with a cord through my docking station or USB-C on my laptop. The included wireless USB dongle worked fine for initial setup, but I prefer the cord as it’s simpler, keeps the device charged, and works flawlessly. One of my favorite features is its portability. The battery lasts long enough for travel, and it comes with a convenient carrying case. Muting is straightforward, and the large light bar makes it easy to know when you’re connected. It’s especially handy when presenting. Overall, this is a sleek, practical, and highly functional device. I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it for anyone who needs professional-quality conference calls on the go or in the office.

I use this almost every day. It sounds great with the lower tones, picks up voices in a good sized conf room. I like that it works plugged in as well as wireless with my BT700. The app is a must to keep it updated. Range is great from the BT700 to the polycom.

Not sure if it was the Dell laptop or Microsoft Teams causing the issues but I have the Teams version and about once every few months it requires me to power down and reboot for the buttons on the device to integrate with Teams. That's the only reason it loses one star. I'm sure it isn't the actual speakerphone fault but I can't validate that. Everyone on my calls says I sound clear and the sound coming from the speaker is great. Noise cancelling works awesome as well.

I use it everyday for calls. All the Teams functions work as expected. I don't have people on the call asking me to repeat myself. I can walk around and the microphone does a great job. It goes on sale often so if you are patient you can catch a deal. Why did I buy this one vs others? Main reason my company only supports poly headsets and speaker phones so I can use the existing software on the laptop. Second reason I've bought other speaker phones and they've been hit or miss on quality and this wasn't much more expensive so I just went for it. I'm not disappointed and would recommend it if you need a speaker phone. For connectivity it connects either by the Poly dongle, Bluetooth or wired. I primarily use the dongle and never had it cut out. Cause I have to give a con the only one I've had is it won't switch automatically from the Poly headset I also use and connected to the same dongle (that's not a big con mostly the oh drats when I forget to turn off the headset and have to get up to walk over and turn it off)

Worth the splurge. So easy to set up. Sound is great and compatible with all my equipment.

We got this for our conference room at work. You just charge it and plug the dongle into the TV or computer, turn it on, and it connects to your audio right away. If it doesn't connect then press the meeting button and it will. Very user-friendly. Speaker is clear and easy to hear. It comes with a nice case too. Looks very professional.

Great microphone. I've tested about six bluetooth mics from different brands and Poly is better in terms of noise filtering, connection reliability and sound quality. The only downside is that there is no charging port at the bottom of the unit like at Poly 40 so the only way to charge is attached cable that will break at some point making the mic unusable.

Lo llevo conmigo a todas partes. El audio es simplemente excelente, he pedido retroalimentación de los otros interlocutores y siempre me indican que se escucha perfectamente. Como es portatil (tiene su propia batería) lo llevo a todas partes. Excelente para llamadas de Teams ya sea desde el móvil, portatil u ordenador. Tiene la funcción para conectarse por cable USB, Bluetooth con un dongle o BT normal. Detecta el Teams sin problemas, y puedes colocar mute, dar play a tu música con un botón personalizable, subir y bajar volumen, abrir y cerrar llamadas del móvil o del Teams. Me funciona bien con Google Meet, no lo he probado con Zoom. Lo recomiendo mucho, pero recomiendo mucho comprar la garantía de daños accidentales, tuve que usarla al dejarlo caer.

Good quality, well designed. Good sound quality for calls, and mic’s pick up multiple voices around a table. Carry case and cables all tuck in, which makes it nice travel with, or toss in your work bag. Works will with the Poly App
