The fishiest.
This stuff is my go-to for most baitfish patterns. Easy to work with, super durable, not as messy as bucktail or craft fur, and fishes well. Tapering realistically is easier with this than similar materials.Buying it online can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with each color; the pictures don't always do a great job at representing the actual colors in daylight.

Difference between colors
The black dubbing forms perfectly and is easier to use than the white or red. The fibers on the white are longer, stiffer, and more difficult to work with.
