Great set of bulbs. Nice quality and colorful.

At 68 cents/bulb, these C7 LED colored bulbs are a good deal. They are as specified, well packaged and pleasing regarding brightness and color. The bulb globes are painted or molded in color making bulb color identification easy when off. I just received them so I can't comment on longevity. Teamed with typical C7 dollar store night light fixtures I used them for night lights, accent lights, power indicators,.. all kinds of things. No flickering. Zero heat. FYI - C7 base is candelabra.

I'm a die hard Tru Tone fan - I love everything about their products and brand. However, I was looking to run about 100' of lights on the exterior of my home and was worried about the delicate glass bulbs and potential for fading and paint chipping. I took a chance on these bulbs and find them to be a decent alternative to Tru Tone. The big difference I notice is that the blue and green bulbs are significantly brighter than the Tru Tone bulbs. Overall, the color and character are warmer than typical LEDs and feel like these are a good alternative to many of the LEDs on the market.

Have been looking for an LED C9 to match up with my old incandescent strings. This is it! Replaced all of my whites with these and thy match perfectly. All 25 worked outta the box. Impressed.

If you’re looking to reduce your electricity bill but keep the Christmas colored lights, look no further.You can see the difference between incandescent and LED in my photos.The incandescents have a warmer glow while the LEDs have a clean bright glow. These LEDs are much better than what you can find at big box stores.For the savings you get, these are a no brainer. The box was nicely packaged and organized. The bulbs are well made and seem very durable. It was easy to swap out my old bulbs. The fit was perfect.

I love Christmas lights and I've been trying to lower my energy usage. Until now, LED Christmas lights just didn't do it for me. I really prefer the look of old school painted bulbs. Bought these after reading the reviews and was not disappointed. These bulbs are a really good imitation for the old C7 incandescents! The colors are perfect (I bought a box of white, and a box of multicolor). My only complaint is they are ever so slightly brighter than I think they should be, but I can get over that.

Below is my original review. It has been a week or so since I wrote it and now I have to say DO NOT BUY THESE BULBS. They dim-out, flicker, or just stop working. I replace 5-6 Every. Single. Night. They really fail at that rate. I am going to get my money back if possible.Original Review: I replaced over a dozen strands of old C7 ceramic incandescent bulbs with this LED bulbs. The good thing is they look almost identical to the old-fashioned incandescent variety. I have other C7 LED bulbs that are plastic, faceted, etc., and they don't look like classic C7 bulbs. These look like the real deal. They are glass bulbs, dipped in ceramic paint (I dropped one on cement and the glass shattered, exposing the LED inside.)The LED bulbs do not get hot, and they draw so little power I can string many 25 light strands together (as opposed to a max of 3 strands of the incandescent version).Here is the bad part: after only two weeks of lighting (three hours a night), I had to replace 19 bulbs out of the multiple sets I purchased. They would dim (majority of problems), flicker, or just not light up. I figure by the end of this Christmas season, I will need to replace a couple dozen more if that failure rate continues.Would I buy them again? I don't know. They look GREAT when they work but the failure rate is awful.

I was skeptical when I first bought these, as LEDs don't have the warm light that incandescent do.When I snuck it onto the Christmas tree and asked my family to pick the one that was LED, they couldn't identify which one it was!It blended in perfectly with the incandescent. It puts of WAY less heat, uses less energy, and still looks amazing. I may have to buy a lot more of these.This is the first year we've used them, so I can't say too much about the longevity, but I expect them to be used for several years.
