OEM original replacement part, fit, form and function were perfect.If I need another it the future I will reorder.

Not much good. Every time the power goes out or a breaker pops the switch turns off and you had to reset everything. Replaced it with a regular fan timer. Waste of money.

Device failed and had to be replaced after about 3 months. I had it in a rental house and the tenants just couldn't understand how to program it, so I over-rated (see original review below) the ease of use.I needed easy background ventilation without using a larger box than the one already in the wall. That meant a combination switch which does both on demand switching and automatic background venting on a schedule. If it wasn't for the face not fitting through a standard "decora" plate I'd give this 5 stars no problem. Easy to program, all the features I wanted, excellent -- but I had to shave 1/32" off the inside of my face plate; what were they thinking?

I can't stand it, we had ours installed in a county program, they had to install ours due to wiring with the fan/light combo as one. So every time it cycles the bathroom light comes on. There is no way to program it, so that you can operate it by fan switch only, so it constantly cycles. I don't see how that is supposed to save a consumer money

According to David J. Lapollo, V.P. Sales/Marketing, Tamarack refused to take back the two fans I purchased that were unopened in the box. After discussing my application with my installer and insulation contractor, I decided these were not right for me after all and he said they only sold one of them per year or so and that as such he would have to sit on it for too long if he took it back. I even asked if I could pay a restocking fee and he refused.
