**UPDATE** I used this last night before getting into bed at 9:30 and I would say I was feeling the effects within no more than 10 minutes. I was expecting to make it through watching at least one 30-minute video, but using this oil was like taking a light sleeping pill. I slept deeply until around 2 a.m. when I got up for bathroom and water. I was able to fall back to sleep immediately. This morning when I got up around 7 a.m., I was so rested. There was no "hungover" feeling which I was kind of worried about.I used just 2 sprays of this on my throat (and followed with some coconut oil because, as you can see from the photo, this can leave a little white residue). Tonight, I will try using just one spray!The other magnesium sprays I used were good but nowhere near as effective as this for relaxation and sleep. Since this is so powerful, I won't be able to use undiluted during the daytime for any stress or anxiety but I did mix some with some jojoba oil in a little roller bottle to use. I've used a little bit while writing today and so far, it's good. I was worried about it making me too sleepy but, apparently, I can use it sparingly during the day. Sorry that I can't remember the ratio of magnesium oil to jojoba I used but the roller bottle is (I think) about 1/3 oz and I used 3 sprays of magnesium oil and filled the rest up with jojoba. I highly recommend diluting this if you are sensitive to this oil's effects.I did not have any other reaction to the oil. There was just the lightest of itching until I put on the coconut oil. There is no itching at all with the diluted roller ball mix.I've been posting about this on my social pages and blog because I think it's really beneficial to people who don't want to take sleeping pills.This is different from any other magnesium oil I've used (only 2 before now). For one thing, the others literally felt just like water and you wouldn't know any different unless you tasted it. You can tell that this one came from a good salt source (it says the Dead Sea) because there is some light crystallization around the lid. Also, when I tested this on my hands, there was a noticeable film and a slightly rough texture, I don't mind any of this and just hopes that it will work to reduce anxiety and help me to rest better at night.I plan to start by using this very sparingly. The price was great but I would like to see how long I can make the bottle last.The only disappointing thing so far is that my bottle had leaked and so I didn't get a full bottle (see photos). I saw nowhere to comment on the packaging of this item (which is weird) so I will contact the Seller. (UPDATE: The packaging review finally popped up for me, btw.)I think that this one is a good quality oil and I can't wait to see how I feel after a few days. I will do an Update soon.

This Magnesium Oil is awesome! I was quite skeptical of it, when a friend recommended that I try it I already take a large dose of magnesium daily, for both muscle pain and spasticity, and it does help some. But, as for a topical spray doing anything, I had my doubts. Well, I was wrong. Just spray it on, rub it in, and in less than 10-15 minutes, relief. When sprayed on my legs before bed, it definitely reduces cramping and restless legs. I've had my first, full night sleep, in a long time. Now, if it only sold in a large size :)

I have bad fibro pains this year, the worst of which is searing tailbone pain. For 5 years I had a huge clawfoot tub and took daily Epsom salts baths. Moved house; started to hurt; now a year later I did some research and found magnesium. Have been using this for a few weeks on my lower back and tailbone. Ten minutes after the first use, I got up from a chair without pain for the first time in 5 years and cried. I spray my feet at night and wear socks as well because menopause has robbed me of sleep - I now sleep five hours in a row or more. It's like a bottle of magic spray.

I was not sure how to rate this product. It came quickly.I have very bad psoriatic arthritis and am always looking for ways to relieve the pain. Unfortunately, this was not the answer.However, I read the ingredients. The magnesium comes from salt from the Dead Sea. I thought I would try it on my very stubborn plaque psoriasis.It was not a cure, but it was remarkable how much better it looked. It got rid of most of the scales. For that, I appreciated the product.

This product is fantastic at getting rid of foot aches and restless leg syndrome.

This spray actually works. It looks like a bottle of water but it's more than that. The first few uses it tingled when applied. It was not an over powering tingle but enough to know that you sprayed something on you. It wasn't immediate relief but within 20 minutes you could tell the difference. Only bad thing is that it leaves a salty feeling on your skin and made my hair happy where I sprayed it. Remind you i sprayed my neck and back myself. If you can get past the after spray feeling it's a great relaxant spray.

I know the power of magnesium. I ordered this as an alternative for when soaking in salts is not an option. It is fairly effective for me. I found it works best when I combine it with my essential oils. It enhances my other oils well. I appreciate that it is in a spray bottle. That makes it very convenient to use and also helps in treating areas not easily reached by my hands, without having to depend on someone or wait for someone.

Bought this to help my toddler with sensory processing disorder sleep at night. Within two weeks he was sleep from 8pm to 4am when he was previously waking every hour or less.
