Kinda hard to get around chapters.
For a neophyte like myself that doesn't even have a base to work with, this is a good video. I'm just putting three stars because:1- The wuchi session was used so many times as filler.2- Is just a pain in the neck to use the menu to skip chapters. So much that is just frustratingFor the price, I believe is good enough to teach you the basics.

Good Learning Tool
My DVD arrived before scheduled delivery date. The instructions are very good. There is a section in the DVD on when and how to use the forms. I recommend the Wing Chun DVD-Learn Wing Chun Techniques 101 to those interested in learning Wing Chun.

Is this a joke?
I have studied wing chun for a long time and I can safely say he doesn't know wing chun. Sifu means master, which takes decades to become. This is just some 17 year old kid pretending he is a master. The video itself is so bad it's almost funny. The whole video takes place in front of a white wall which looks like it was filmed in a high school. You can also hear what sounds like a high school band performing behind that wall. It's hilarious. His partner looks like he is either stoned or just woke up and more or less stands there the entire time; occasionally he will throw some super slow motion punch which doesn't look like any punch you see thrown in real streets fights. The guy teaching doesn't teach you any punching, kicking blocking techniques. He will show you what the triple punch looks like at the end of the dvd, but he does it wrong. He never shows you any stances or actual combat techniques. Oh yeah, the dvd is listed as teaching you combat; there is absolutely no combat in this dvd at all. His whole teaching revolves around slapping. If a guy grabs your wrist, slap it away; if he puts a gun in your face, slap it out of your face; if he pushes you against a wall, slap his arms away. That's it. As soon as the dvd was over I put it back into its case and flung it like a frisbee across the room next to the garbage. If he is a master at wing chun, then I am a trained ninja assassin. It literally looks like he spent all of 30 seconds on youtube watching some bad wing chun video, then practised it in front of a mirror for 5 minutes, then made this dvd. This dvd is both bad and at times hilarious. The teaching is the worst I have ever seen on a video. It's like two frat house guys screwing around after watching some wing chun movie. Don't bother wasting your money, you're not going to learn anything from this dvd.
