I gave it two stars because it does look exactly as pictured. But functionally it's basically worthless, unless you want to set it untouched on a counter. To clarify, there are two compartments (as pictured), not three (as stated in the description). Because the hard plastic divider only goes about 2/3 of the way to the lid, the pills jump from side-to-side. Pictured in the first photo are my actual daily pills, separated AM and PM. I then closed the lid and rotated the case once slowly--as you can see in the second photo, all of the pills moved to one side. Also, the lid kept popping open in my pocket, spilling the pills. Going back to the last style I used, which was plain silver with a sleeker design and a flexible plastic insert.
