Very happy with the customer service
Review amended after positive seller interaction. Customer service have been excellent. The camera I bought had a charging issue however I was given the option to refund or replace. I’ve had no issues with my other cameras which are excellent.

Camera is great, Eufy is meh.
Eufy is has some app issues that users have problems with. This camera picks up and flags movement outside of its assigned area. Cheaper than the alternatives, being as it can send data to a base unit, but not as user friendly as them. Easy fix if they listened to their consumers .

Worth for the value
I was looking for different camera and could not decided which one should buy. However, when I brought this, I had mixed feeling from the review and first time buyer for such item. Believe me, this was one of best decision in made to get. Great product

Terrible after service - avoid Eufy products - their warranty service is VERY POOR
I had the camera for 2 months - it was working well but the solar wasn't charging very well and was a bit on and off. Then all the sudden it stopped charging. I removed it and tried to charge it from the base. I contacted their Eufy customer services and their response is very slow, no contact number and troubleshooting by sending one action a day! I am definitely not buying another Eufy product and now looking at a better surveillance option

La mejor opción sin duda!! Estable, carga eficiente, app intiutiva y completa. La AI es efectiva al igual q la oportunidad de las notificaciones. Llevo 3 semanas monitoreando y comparando su desempeñó con la Ring Plus y sin duda eufy S340 es un producto más confiable y CONSISTENTE en todos los sentidos.

Très bonne caméra de sécurité eufy SoloCam S340, pratique et performante pour surveiller efficacement une maison ou un jardin. L’image est nette et détaillée, même en vision nocturne, ce qui permet une surveillance fiable à toute heure. Le système solaire est un vrai plus, car il permet une autonomie quasi permanente sans avoir à recharger la batterie. L’installation est simple et rapide via l’application, qui est intuitive et facile à utiliser. La détection de mouvement fonctionne bien et les alertes sont réactives. Le double objectif offre une bonne couverture de la zone surveillée. Produit fiable, moderne et très pratique au quotidien. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande sans hésiter 👍

Açık Mekan Güvenlik kamerası alacaksınız, bunu tercih etmenizi öneririm.
Muhteşem bir kamera. Görüntü mükemmel, Güneş Enerjisi şarj paneli çok iyi çalışıyor. Şarj etmeden yıllarca kullanılabilir. Açık mekan için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
