The seeds arrived in time and due to the cold weather the seeds are only just in. Now waiting for them pop up

Received 11 but only 2 germinated.
Purchased for my wife who is the green fingered one in the family.Arrived quickly and actually received 11 rather than 10.Despite being fastidious with their planting and care regrettably only 2 made it!Not sure if this is normal for these seeds but it was a little disappointing.
