made of cheap parts and the unit I received leaks. This is clearly not designed to last long. Many corners were cut when designing this Y connector to maximize their profits....I ended up having to drive to Lowes to get a brass Y connector and only paid $8.99! no more leaks and now i have a Y connector made or REAL metal.I'm unsure how this has so many good reviews....see the "metal" male threaded hose connectors? those are cheap "metal" coated plastic. There is no solid metal in this valve. It is junk. I'd be less bitter if the price was less than $4.

It just won't create a strong enough seal on any of the three spots. I've tried a thousand times. The BEST TIME I got it together and all 3 seals remained sealed was 43 seconds. All three always spring/break at once each time.

Sent the item back. It appeared to be well made, but water leaked from every connection. I tried to connect it with washers and without washers - still the same leaks.UPDATE - The seller sent me a new item at no additional cost which now functions as it should. Good communication with seller and they made things right.

I used these for a 2nd washer hookup. I bought 2 in different colors for hot and cold. The valves are padded and longer so very easy to shutoff. Very satisfied. They work perfect.

Multiple issues with this product. The threads are bad. The plastic/rubber grip breaks when you try to tighten it with a wrench. Leaks. Surprised by the number of 5 star reviews.

Great for what we needed. Leaves one valve to rinse or fill things while other hose continues to water.
