SpigenTough Armor Designed for Samsung Galaxy S9 Case (2018) - Black

I have had Spigen case on all of our Galaxy phones since the S5 or the S6. They have survived many drops and heavy usage.I think I am a lifetime fan and here is why...The cases are simple, easy to install and give a decent amount of drop protection, but the feature that I like the most is that the power and volumes buttons ARE RAISED. Which means I can feel them in my pocket and feel them quickly and easily to activate them.This is a huge deal to me, I like raised buttons on everything, it give you the ability to use your device without thinking. I wish TV remove companies would get back on board with putting dots on the buttons so you can easily identify them without looking.The Spigen NEO-HYBRID has the best raised buttons out of all of their cases. very easy to feel the button.It's my 1st choice and this one, the Tough Armour is my 2nd.and additionally, you pay all this money for the edge-to-edge beatutiful slim screen on your smartphone yet the phone manufacturer makes it so very thin and so incredibly slippery that I feels like a wet bar of soap in my greasy fingers sometimes...The Spigen caes, are thin and give you enough grip that you feel confident holding your device. you still get the super slim feeling in your pocket, but you are actually able to grab the phone and pick it up with wet or sweaty hands.This case will also allow you to install a metal plate in between the rubber lining and the case so you can use a magnet mount in your car and not have the mount on the outside of the case. (I use the iMount magnet mount in my Jeep)PROS:• Durable• Easy to install• Grips well in hand• RAISED BUTTONS!!!• So inexpensive that you can buy a few for different tasks or colors.• Works with magent mount platesCons:• Kickstand is a little weak.

I've been using this for a little over 2 years. Absolutely astounding case. Not a scratch on my phone, even with constant dropping. I really love the textured 3rd button under the volume keys too. Its slim and an attractive case.About the kickstand, im not a fan. Thats only because I exclusively use popsockets tho. If you don't use popsockets, its definitely a useful addition. Just note it only works horizontally. If you /do/ use pocksockets, don't worry about it getting in the way. It clicks when you close it. Just note that the more you drop it, and with constant medium-heavy wear and tear, it does eventually become easier to open, thus sometimes falls open. It isnt too bad tho.

I really like the Spigen Tough Armor cases. I think they provide excellent protection for my Galaxy S9 phone without being too bulky. They also have a surface that allows me to grip the phone more securely than the phone without a case.

I have been loyal to Spigen cases for several years now. I used them on my SS S6/S7/S9, my HTC One 5/7/9 and have LOVED them! They offer secure protection, even on the face because of a raised lip to keep it from hitting the surface when I have dropped it on concrete. They are snug so they've never popped off when hitting hard surfaces regardless of what it is or where the impact occurs. I have always liked the look and feel of the cases as well. This case is everything I have come to anticipate from Spigen. My only wish is that the outside piece is a little more 'grippy' but it really is not bad because it has a good feel to it. You can never go wrong with a Spigen case. Even if you drop your device and the case breaks as a result but your device is undamaged then it did what it was supposed to do. And a side note: I like both the blue color (it matches the blue S9 beautifully) is very nice and the graphite color is a bit more stylish since it looks a bit glittery without glitter. The gray color is very subtle then the low-key flecks give it texture and a little something extra. If that doesn't sound like you then go with the gunmetal color. It is stylish and just the right understated look.

This is a great case. Fits the phone well, very comfortable to hold, 100% reliable buttons with good tactile uh … action? Buttons feel right and are easy to use. Seems to provide good protection: screen overhang is generous enough to feel comfortable setting phone screen down on clean surfaces and the case fits tightly with no slip and feels as though it will afford significant protection. Kickstand feels somewhat flimsy but has actually held up perfectly and feels perfectly stable in use. Only actual downside is that that "finish" on the back of the case (the plastic 'gunmetal' colored portion) takes scratches readily. After only a few months the scratches are noticeable and do detract from the overall appearance of the case. Which is a downside, and not really excusable since my phone always goes in its own pocket and is never carried with other items where one might expect scratches. Overall a great case for a very reasonable price, though I would happily pay a bit more to get something more scratch resistant/longer lasting.

Love the purple color. Looks just great! I didn't drop my phone with this shell to test its ruggedness but I have owned another Spigen cell phone shell just before this one and it was great at protecting my phone which I dropped on multiple occasions without consequences. This one feels as sturdy as my previous one. I like the little retractable kick stand. It allows me to have it stand sideways on my desk. Nice touch...

El ajuste es perfecto. El material se siente resistente y de buena calidad. Me imagino que soporta bien una caida a la altura de las manos. La patita de soporte se ve delgada pero cumple su función y se mantiene en su lugar cuando no se usa. Sin duda volveré a comprar esta marca cuando cambie de telefono.

Cover veramente robusta. Per me non è una novità perchè è la terza che acquisto. Usata sia Samsung S9 che su A51.Unico Neo il cellullare diviene significativamente più spesso che con cover più leggere e meno strutturate. Comodissimo il sostegno posteriore che consente di poggiare il cell e vedere i filmati.

Ho visto questa marca di cover su Internet; devo dire che dopo quasi 1 anno ne sono molto contento.Esteticamente gradevole, utilizzando il telefono in ambienti molto sporchi di olio (mi è già caduto qualche volta il telefono e non avuto alcun tipo di rottura nè della cover nè del telefono) non mi ha mai dato problemi di nessun tipo (come scolorimento, o altri dettagli).Ho consigliato questa cover anche ad altre persone.
