I have taken stress relief products in the past with L-Theanine to help me manage stress.Each bottle has 60 tablets. You take two tablets per serving making this a 30 day supply. The tablets are a good size, but personally I prefer capsules or softgels over tablets. The formulation is made up L-Theanine to support stress relief and Lemon Balm to support calming nerves. The product comes with a “Works within 30 minutes claim.”L-Theanine has worked in the past, but unfortunately there were no noticeable results within 30 or 60 minutes with this product.

I trust this brand, but for this specific ones I don't see a change. I'll update if I see different results.

These stress relief tablets are simply amazing! They are not only effective in reducing stress levels, but they also come with excellent packaging. Wrote to Mega Food company many times to bring back their surprising discontinued product labeled, "Adult B Centered" B vitamin formula with L-Theonine, Lemon Balm and CHOLINE. Fantastic over 40 B vitamin product for just about anyone but especially people that need a really good B vitamin for the rest of their lives. Mega Food finally (sometime end of 2024-24???) put a similar product on market labeled "Stress Reset" after many people had contacted them asking for Adult B Centered formula to be returned to market. They have marketed it as "enhanced" L-Theonine and Lemon balm relative to their former Adult B centered formula BUT, it is the exact same potency of L-Theonine and Lemon Balm as the Adult B centered Formula. They did however, REMOVE CHOLINE from the ingredient list. CHOLINE is such an important liver supplement with the B vitamin formula and I have no idea WHY they would remove CHOLINE? I wrote to them and asked. They responded that the replacement formula labeled "Stress Reset" was the same but enhanced L-THeonine and Lemon Balm ingredients. When I pointed out the label on Stress Reset was exactly the same as the discontinued Adult B Centered EXCEPT they removed CHOLINE, I also asked why they were falsley stating the L-Theonine and Lemon Balm had been enhanced and why in the world would they have removed CHOLINE from the formula? They dodged answering directly about "enhanced" L-Theonine and Lemon balm only stating that CHOLINE would not be returned to the formula. IF they chose to respond to the many people including myself that desperately wanted Adult B centered formula returned to their product list, why would they change the formula? Meg Food used to be a fantastic company with well trained and educated people. They are shooting themselves in the foot with renaming products with label names that make zero sense that are only confusing to long term customers and changing formula ingredients on products that people wanted in original form. They made a mess of the women's vitamin supplement formulas that were already confusing. Please, re-think what is happening at Mega Food. UPDATE: contacted company AGAIN asking them to PLEASE return the original formula "Adult B-Centered" as their remake version, "Stress Reset" does not contain Choline as in the original formula. They responded by stating they will NOT add Choline back to the product because the "team" that handles that indicated it did not mesh with their intention of the product. What??? They chose to return the product because so many of us requested it be returned after they discontinued it and they chose to remove Choline; label it "stress reset;" reduced the quantity from 90 to 60 and increased the price. So disappointing. Please return Adult Centered B formula - it is an excellent formula; especially in the 90 count.

These tabs have a great combination of B vitamins, zinc, folate, and lemon balm. They're not too large and so are fairly easy to swallow. The suggested use is 2 tablets daily with a beverage and I haven't experienced any side effects. There are 60 tablets per bottle so it will last about a month.The one negative is that the picture of broccoli on the label is a little misleading, as 2 tablets only contain 40 mg of "Food blend" which includes organic brown rice and broccoli so it's probably mostly brown rice.Overall, I do notice a difference when I take them. It's a placebo effect but for me, I feel a little more balanced during my day.

The suggested serving is 2 pills. The pills have a herbal/earth taste to them and thankfully they aren’t too big so they are easy to swallow. So far I haven’t felt any differently taking them, but I may need to take them for a long period of time before I feel a difference.

MegaFood is a reputable company that has been around for a long time. I've used a number of their products in the past and always felt they were high quality.I like that these are tablets -and not capsules-- which makes it easy to chop them in half if a person decides they want to take a lesser dosage at one time.They have been easy enough to swallow. They have a herbal taste and odor.
