Silicone Rolling Pin - Red - Non Stick - Siliroller

Really should have zero stars.Arrived with one roller endplate pushed in about 3 inches, and the other endplate dangling out the other end. With some effort got the pushed-in plate out. Tried to place them correctly at each end, but they really had not much holding them place. Note that the cylinder itself has very sharp metal edges.When I finally got to try using it, one endplate pushed in again, exposing the sharp metal cylinder edge to my thumb, and almost cut the skin.There is no way to make the item useable. SO, never got to see how non-stick the silicone cover was for sticky dough use.Sent it back then next day, as obviously flawed. Suppose one could glue the endplates in place, but the design is so poor I didn't try.BTW, the central axle rides in the endplate just on very thin sheetmetal. No bushing of any kind. Would not expect to last long at all.

Horrible product!!!! I gave it to my mom, who loves to bake, and after using it to make only 6 empanadas, for 30 min, the outside layer came off and my mom cut herself really bad on one of the edges!!!! It is going to the trash, obviously, but please DO NOT BUY it!!!!

Was excited to receive my new rolling pin. The silicone sleeve slowly moves off the pin. When you try to put it back in place it does not slide back. In addition, there are caps at each one of the rolling pin where the handles go. The cap has slid in and I have cut my fingers twice. Would not recommend the product.

The kids asked for this for Christmas and it is something they specifically wanted, so I am sure it was a hit. They do a lot of baking and John makes great breads.

The pin has a sharp edge on one end with which I cut my hand. Loud crunchy sound inside when using the pin. Low quality. Returning.
