I have used the new one for almost a week now and I still like it. I recommend this product for cleaning dead ...
The product did seem to have an effect on what it supposed to do but the quality of the tool was uncertain. The one I first bought worked well for a week, then it stopped working. I had to return it because it stopped working. The customer service was extremely helpful. They saw my first review and contacted me to give me a new one directly mailed from Japan. I have used the new one for almost a week now and I still like it. I recommend this product for cleaning dead skins.

It was broken again
I bought 2 times already, at first, it was broken and I just used 1week so I return it and get a new one. But Around 3 month later, it was broken again... I just used around 5-6 times during the three months. I feel so upset. Although, it is very helpful for the black head. how do I return it now?
