Must have recieved a bad unit?
Maybe I just got a bad device....didn't come calibrated. Bought distilled water and followed the directions with the calibration packets but readings were still way off. Probably going to return and get a better device.Edit: bought new packs to try to calibrate again with no luck. Sending back

It is a great tool for accurately checking the ph in hot tub.

The power keeps flickering, but the unit does seem to work and holds decent calibration.

Flaky cheap assembly
It acts as if there is a loose connection in the power circuit. When it works it seems accurate, but I have to shake it and fool around with the top in order for it to power up. i could probably fix it if I took it apart and checked the battery, but it should have been working right away.

Scam.
This is a company that gets good reviews on a product, then shifts the page over to another product, in this case a scam ph Meter.The meter doesn't work at all. Garbage readings, it had gunk on it when it got here, and the calibration solutions don't dissolve.
