Hello, Asics does not make a narrow width in the Nimbus. They do in the Gel 2000 and the Gel Kayano.

Q: Are these good for running?

This is one of the best shoes I have used. It is not only comfortable, it feels like you are on a trampoline when you have them on running or walking.
